Can't buy Vayne?

I was going to buy Vayne. (see: https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/ofR1k5Mp-i-decided-to-get-all-the-op-champs-and-play-them-until-nerfed )

Yesterday I checked, It was very much there and you could buy her. Today I got enough BE for her, I check her champ page and see this:

"This content is no longer available for purchase"

Wtf is this thing? Is riot taking resposibility for her current op state? Literally everyone owns her, not selling it anymore doesn't make any difference. Why would it matter when 95% can still play her?
