Chespin20132 votesI can tell you right now that Kass doesn't need his silence back the main reason it was taken away was because it was a point and click and Riot just doesn't like that kind of concept for a spell effect that is quite strong in the game
MajinBell1 votesI will agree that having a point and click silence is op and needed to be changed, even if they made his silence into a skill shot and reduced his ult range to what it is now, would be pretty unfair.

If he gets any buffs, I would rather see his shield turned into a normal shield rather than magic only.

MajinBell1 votesoh yeah talon's silence was annoying as fuck, i really don't want to see talon with a silence again. But to be honest they replaced 
silence with a nice easy slow , silence was replaced with a magic resist shield that is kinda weak .
