Can we just get some hard cc on 
so that playing him top will be good? I know he's good rn but his lack of cc makes him very meh later unless you get fed. Like what about giving his q first hit a slow, 2nd even slower, and 3rd a stun? What about just having the w explode knock back people? any thoughts people?
He's balanced around not having any hard cc. Your main contribution to a team is insane damage and durability.
Give him hard cc and he'd be the most broken shit to ever grace the rift. So no, without a full VGU Morde isn't allowed to get hard cc.

Awful idea imo. Mordekaiser is meant to be a hunk of metal who struggles to get near you but if he does you're doomed. Giving him CC will fix one of his two major weaknesses in the game being He's slow af and he has a difficult time catching people. Removing either of these would result in some very likely Mordekaiser nerfs.
