State of rengar 7.14

Okay I know i'm not that good at lol but to me feels somewhat lackluster now a days as he was during early s7. I took a month long break from lol and have yet to play but caught up on youtube but now rengar feels solely solo que and even then sort of 1 of many as compared to before where he was "the rengar". The one when you saw in loading screen you would be like " Oh might as well press alt f4 now". Maybe he was broken before but now tank meta feels like it hit him the hardest out of assassins due to his sort of obvious presence. When he presses r you see the "oh here comes rengar tryna fuc my squishies up " sign. and it feels like practically every bruiser seems to fuc him up. , , , , and others who are at least equal to you in terms of cs/kda seem to get to screw with me. Maybe i'm bad at setting up the game around me wen im not ahead or maybe this is just the feeling of rengar actually being balanced for once I don't know but plz share your thoughts.
