Remakes should NOT give a penalty!

So lately I've had a problem with league starting up, I go through the whole pick and ban phase then I get the little "the game is starting text" show up on my client and patiently wait at my computer for something to happen... nothing happens. I then proceed to realize league has frozen my computer doing whatever the hell kinda spaghetti code process it was told to do and so I wait once again. After going through watching a black screen my computer suddenly comes back home and shows me a client that says I have a leaverbuster for 5 games...

Now I know what you are thinking, to get this for leaving games I have to have left a game before and that is because about 2 days ago the same bug happened ,but I blew it off then (I reported it now) thinking my comp was just being a potato and yes I got leaver buster and my computer started running the games just fine again.

But the point of this post isn't the bug it is for all those people who got penalized when their internet cut off, or their power went out, or even worse their computer is a literal potato. I have never seen someone join the game and then just say "luck feague" and leave. Remakes are a wonderful thing to have in this horrible meta, but a majority of the time it is from people just being unlucky when starting the game. I would 100% rather remake than play with a guy who is desperately trying to play the game with 300 ping because he doesn't want that penalty.
