Miss Fortune (it's unfortunate you met her)

I haven't kept up with the meta or boards lately so correct me if I'm wrong in saying this but MF feels horrible to be against right now. I know the solution to fighting her is to try to stay away from your minions or at bad angles for her to attack you, but it just feels impossible. Once she gets her w she is much faster than you and if you are against a decent MF even when you try to poke her back as punishment it just does not work. I really don't want to say she broken because they had to revert her nerf in the first place but I think something should be changed with the damage on that q.
