Lux's gutted shield

The nerf to lux's shield was way too much. I guess it would have been fine to nerf either base stats or scaling stats, but nerfing both of them (hard) really hurt lux's utility. The shield wasn't even that great in the first place, especially compared to every other shield in the game (Morgana's shield at max rank takes up half her health bar and karmas mantra E is 5 times as good as lux's W. That shield is now a worthless ability and it needs some buffs back to even make it slightly viable again. For almost a year no one had any problems with lux. Im going to go as far as to say that picking lux mid was almost a troll pick in most peoples minds. She only became a "problem" when she became popular just recently. She already has many defined weaknesses and taking away her shield has just made her an underpowered pick. Lux needs some buffs back to her shield, its just pathetic now.
