Ranked Reward Eligibility for Reformed Players!

2016 ranked season ends soon

So it looks like the end of season rewards page has finally been released for the 2016 season! While very exciting, I am also pretty bummed out that some players like myself were untimely enough to get their 2 week ban ended literally just a week after the deadline for eligibility (August 7th). It is too bad that Riot thinks that you need 3 months to truly prove that you have reformed. I have changed my attitude since and have been getting many teamwork/helpful/friendly's in the post game lobby. It took me like 75-100 games to start receiving hextech chests and keys again, but I've done it without being reported even once. Are there any others out there that feel such a significant number of games without being toxic should be enough to warrant receiving ranked rewards again? Feel free to disagree, or you can comment down below your opinion on the matter. I know what I did was wrong, but I would like opinions from others, banned or not. Thanks for your time!

I agree man, i was also 2 week banned around the 20th of august, and took that serious and have not been punished further since, and have acted positively in all my games or just /mute all if someone is being toxic like i used to be. i've played around 150 games since i was banned and do believe i have also reformed and would like season rewards haha

Never been banned before, so moderately biased in that regard. I do feel like 3 months is a bit long, its still just a punishment for a crime. If you really wanted season rewards that bad. why did you act in a way that got you banned?

I feel kind of the same as happyreaperz... 3 months is really long... but you did fuck with people or ruin some games... idk i guess it should be a little lenient depending on the reward. I don't even know what the end of season rewards are but as long as it has nothing to do with being a positive influence on the community I'd say ya you might as well be eligible after so long. Maybe shorten it to 2 months.

Hello, I'd like to get something clarified. I had received the 10 game chat restriction 2 days ago. It's my first ever. I'm currently in the reform period. Even if Riots system determines I have shown good behaviour, does this still negate my chances of getting these end of season rewards?

I also asked this in another thread but never got a response:

It's said that the ineligibility to obtain loot after the restrictions ends is dependant on your personal behavior. Based on what I've read here that means going through games without a single valid report. However, what if you run into one of those games where you literally say nothing offensive in chat and play well but you are with or against a pre-made who is set on trolling everyone and reporting you for no reason. Does Riots system recognize that these reports should be invalid or does this affect your chances of getting the privilege of getting loot back?
