How about you fucking nerf the dominant ones? Jesus christ this constant power creep has already put the game as a whole into a shitty spot and you want MORE stats added to make the problem worse?

Honestly, she isn't weak. She just became unpopular.

Having played her i dont think she is weak at all, but relative to the OP picks she is truly lackluster and doesnt even work as a "safe" pick which is the role she had in addition to lanebully.

Kai´sa, lucian and whoever else are just too strong and whats more you kinda need their strength to survive OP from other places like say Jax or good LB/irelia/eve.

She seems fine to me. What is so weak about her?

Caitlyn isn't weak, the meta just doesn't call for her type of ADC. There's no reason to buff her with pre season around the corner. With Laning phases about to be a little bit longer, I wouldn't be surprised if her win rate goes up in the coming months.

Honestly she just needs a gameplay update on the same level as Ezreal.

the biggest problem with cait is that she is just out classed by other crit ADC by a mile. She is great before the first back, then kind of lackluster till she gets stormrazor and RFC. Then she just goes back to very lack luster again till 4 or 5 items. I feel its mainly due to the fact she doesnt have an AS ability like twitch, jinx, tristana, xayah, draven, and sivir. The range does not make up for this difference. It is such a burst meta of blow them up before you get blown up the games don't go on long enough for her to shine. She is great in the first 10 minutes, then great again about 30min+.

Buffing cait is a very touchy thing because she can be very lane oppressive. The only real way to buff her that I see without breaking her lane phase is increase her scaling. I think her lane phase is reasonable right now. How do you buff her though? Attack Damage scaling go up? Q damage up at higher ranks?

I remember what happened last time they didnt nerf the dominant ADCs and instead buffed everyone with the 7.9 item rework and tank nerfs :^).
