Just wondering if riot plan on unbanning tyler1, everyone knows he is playing right now, why dont riot let him stream it already.

Riot doesn't allow him to stream because he has consistently ruined the game for many people and streaming makes that behavior spread.
As of now, his indefinite ban has not been lifted and any accounts that are found to be his may be banned on sight. While he may be unbanned in the future if he shows evidence of reform, Riot has not stated any set plans for it at the moment.
PLEASE UNBAN HIM - he makes league look fun and hype. i get bored playing the same champ over and over to gain elo. its gets boring , BUT WHEN I WATCH TYLEER i get hyped

Rito already released a newer version of the rift herald that runs down a lane and ignores its team's commands. You have to think that's the closest we're ever going to see Tyler1 actually appearing in another game (which I'm entirely in favor for, as T-Juan's "imitators" have essentially f'cked the lower tiers).
