For players? Fiora Yasuo Riven Zed Katarina Vayne Pretty much any feast or famine combo champ. But it's the players that make them toxic.

For Champions? Chogath Nasus Swain Trundle Gragas Shaco Tryndamere Vayne

Which is funny because the people who play these champs are pretty chill.

I saw that there had actually been a study on this at some point. MasterYi had the most toxic players and it wasn't close. I think Katarina Irelia and Tryndamere were close to the top as well.

I very much doubt that was a "study". But I'm not saying it's not the case that Master Yi's low IP cost makes him the first pick up for toxic kiddies who yell at their opponents in allchat.

In my experience: Enemy team: Tryndamere, Yasuo, Riven are probably the biggest offenders. Friendly (heh) team: Yi, any ADCs who are 20+ cs behind at 10m blaiming their supports when they lose lane (see this all too often)
