so.. any idea when teambuilder is gonna get fixed?

Been having some serious bug issues with teambuilder alately where:

• Team mates will join but not appear
• Masteries and runes do not load
• League randomly disbands the group whilst we're searching for people
• Team mates will just randomly get kicked from the lobby and forced to relog
• Blocked out of chat and cannot message anybody in the lobby

It's been happening for months now and I thought something would be getting done about it? It happens at least once everytime we queue for a game.
