Why?
Why do people in one for all tell others to report you for not knowing how to play a champion. That's honestly the stupidest thing I have ever heard.

I know this is a rant and you're venting (totally justifiable), but it's cause in their mind it's everyone else's fault all the time no matter what.
They could have tried to teach you or.. I dunno, help you build in any way, but no, flaming and reporting is clearly better.
