Is it just me or the new ryze is beyond broken.... I can see him destroy just about everything even full tanks since his abilitites can be spammed over and over.... 30% cdr reduction at max rank, your abilities cd reduced by Q when casting spells means you'll be able to Q the same target twice almost instantly and your W will be on like 5 sec cd and your E on even lower. Not to mention you'll be able to cast your ult all the time due to it being only ~26 sec cd at max rank. And if you add tankiness with your passive and mr shred on your E.......

He seems way more broken than ever.

I had the opposite reaction.

The % of his mana to damage went down. On his Q it from 6.5% to a slow increase maxing out at 4%. On his W is went from 4.5% top 2.5%. Hell the damage on his W was cut in half.

The shield from his passive sounds great but it is not going to be useful unless you have it charged up.

He can cast really fast for shit damage.

With the changes good itemization seems difficult at best.

Muramana seems like it would be good on him depending how spell flux interacts with the toggle ability.

I will be more than willing to grovel an apology if proven wrong, but its seems like a nerf, a big one.

And you do know his Q is now a skillshot, so no more "guaranteed hits".

I dunno, I have to agree with the others that I'm not seeing broken. The old Ryze seemed to be able to spam abilities more consistently. This new one seems limited to a very small window during his passive and so you just stand back for a few seconds whenever you see his shield come up and he's weak the rest of the time.
