Restore mana refund to cassi.

Happy new year everyone.There was an entire week without a cassi thread and so i had to do something :P.

Jokes aside i main cassi since season 3 and honestly i keep playing her as my main even now that she is at her pitiful state.I liked orginally the idea behind the rework but the excecution was pitiful.Complete trash-->most op champ ever-->bad-->Really bad.But thats not the point of the thread.

What i think it's best till her new rework comes is just reverting her mana refund nerf.The only reason she is so bad is that she can't even defend herself in early because of her mana issues.Opponent decides to push?You either lose half of the wave or you waste 70% of your mana to clear it.Opponent decides to trade?Even if you outplay the fuck out of him and kill him you have to back without even pushing the lane cause you are oom.Even if you last hit with your e the entire wave the mana gain is equal to your miasma and lower to your q so you are not going to get anything back.The only way to get mana back is to e a creep when it is unpoisoned and that leaves you for 4 seconds vulnerable and i think it's honest compromise IF you get a decent amount of mana in return like it was before(3% is fine not much and not too little).I am playing between plat 1-plat 3 (going back and forth) and honestly when my opponent knows the basics of cassi is gg.He doesnt even try to trade just pushes and roams and i fall behind whether i follow him(bb cs wave) or try to clear(my teamates get ganked so they are the ones who lose cs because they have to fall back or they simply die).
