A suggestion about cassiopeia's nerf

Well as platinum cassiopeia main with over 2000 games with her since season 3 i honestly get why she has to be nerfed.Although she isn't ''i am bad but i like winning''champ like akali or fizz,she is quite oppressing when someone knows how to play her.Your nerfs though are just...well i dont want be rude but sometimes the balance team completely misses the point.Cassiopeia even though she is a low mobility-range dps champion with no escapes -_- ...is considered op because of her poison amp and her passive.One good suggestion would be to heavily increase the mana cost of her q at early game.This will hurt her a lot if she misses it but will reward her with her currrent damage if she succeeds.One other suggestion is to fix her passive but that will propably take more time.But plz dont release those changes.I know it's only on pbe but honestly the guys who even thought these chances probaply didnt even play a single game as cassi.
