If Riot is looking at damage overall
Can you maybe address infernal dragon? Or RNG dragons in general? Not only does the infernal dragon add unnecessary damage but its extremely hard to comeback when the snowballing team gets two infernal dragons because the team thats behind simply can't contest dragon (unless they want to lose the game by fighting for it) It feels so bad when you're behind and rng decides to make the first 2 or 3 dragons infernal, kinda makes it hard to play for late game at that point.
