Seriously, what's the goal of these champion reworks recently? It feels like Riot just tried to make Irelia as flashy and annoying as possible, and it looks like they're trying to do the exact same thing with Akali. Neither of these kits will ever be balanced, so how is this healthy for the future of the game? Shouldn't the goal of reworks be to give them healthier kits that can actually be balanced?
Salvor Hardın2 votesI just wish reworks were less drastic. It is very sad when a rework completely changes the kit or role of a champion, Galio / Aatrox case.
Phieldworker1 votesI’m sure that’s one of the thoughts put into there. They also are trying to give each character more personality in their kit that matches their lore.
Tormentula1 votesTheir thought process is to take an old champ that could be better if it was instead released today, then they try to make them new, familiar, and appealing as hard as they can while offering fair playing ground for he player and opponent.
They don't always succeed in one of those.
