Context of Shyvana Nerfs

So, like everyone else, I've seen a decent few angry threads pertaining to the upcoming pretty heavy Shyvana nerfs. Her winrate is around 55%, while also having a 12% play rate. I won't say she's the worst offender as of late, but she's definitely doing too well. I think the nerfs are pretty well justified. The boards seems prone to talk of champions that maintain a similar winrate/playrate very viciously, ready to gut them at a moments notice, but when the same occurs to the beloved tanks, the nerfs are unjustified... I'm not trying to say the other champions mentioned aren't too strong as well, but Shyvana doesn't really deserve an exception.
