Can we start doing matchmaking by level? Then rank? so the smurfs can pass right on through smoking the lvl 30s who dont care that much about ranked and then getting that higher elo that they want to practice or whatever you smurfs do. POINT IS i'm sick of playing against diamond or plat smurfs that could care less about your game experience cuz they are doing their thing. But now if we go by level they get what they want and i get what i want... players of equal level thereby removing a lot of this frustration that us silver scrubs get. It would also make all of us get off the boards ;)

This change is counterproductive. Smurfs are low level accounts, so matching by level rather than MMR allows them to continually stomp on terrible players rather than face stronger players with every win. Not to mention that it isn't feasible because of the effect it'd have on queue times.
