Where are the Rioters?

(I don't know if this post belongs in this section of the boards, forgive me if I'm mistaken, I've only been on the boards for a couple of weeks ;-;)

I just wanted to ask, where are the devs in the gameplay section of the boards? I just really don't get it and I know that people say that it's because of how it's usually made up of rage-posts, but I don't think that's the case, I see a lot of posts and/or discussions regarding their criticism of the current state of the game that are actually quite substantial, but Rioters don't participate in the conversation. It almost feels as if Riot doesn't want to listen to their players and it really is sad. You always see red comments in the 'Story, Art & Sound' section and conversations there seem very fruitful but sad to say, I can't say the same thing about the gameplay boards. I agree, the current state of the game is proving to be slightly toxic to most of the player base but devs aren't paying attention. I don't know if this is a pride thing or if they plainly don't care.

Dear Devs, you can't just give us a Taliyah skin, describe that as "listening to the community", and call it a day. I mean personally, I think that the best thing to keep League healthy is to listen to the players and not just base stat adjustments on winrates.
