Omen of Famine, I know the 40% heal from casting the ability benefits from Spirit Visage because it is obviously a self heal. I can't determine if the Ravenous Ghoul's 35% heal on attack also benefits from Spirit Visage. Does the heal on attack also benefit from Spirit Visage?

Anyone know for sure? It reads like my Ghoul is healing me, would that disqualify it as a self heal?
