Portrait not Selecting

Can Riot plz fix the portraits in the new champ select? I have uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times and its for sure part of the game, If a portrait is half covered by the bottom border of the portrait window I have to be clicking on the top of the portrait to select it. This has got me kicked from the game and a 5 min delay multiple times now. I am clicking on the middle of the portrait but it doesn't register the click and the timer runs out, only when I scroll up or try to target the top of the portrait will it select and that's normally to late. I feel like, If I can see it, I should be able to click it. It just has a messy feel to have an invisible boarder getting in my way of the portrait I want to click.
