Kassadin needs a QoL change for his W on towers

As silly as it sounds, Kassadin does LESS damage to towers when he activates his W. This is because the passive component procs on towers, but the active doesn't, and while the skill is active, the passive component is lost. I'm not saying make his W active damage proc on towers, but at least make it consume the buff so I can keep using the passive without waiting forever for it to run out.
