[CLIENT] Post-game screen got a light hue, can't click on anything

Happened after a teambuilder game. I got reported, and I don't know if this happened before or after the report, but when I clicked OK on the report window, I couldn't click on anything else. The chatbox was working fine, the game didn't crash, but I can't click on anything, including the close button, and I can't drag or resize the client either.
