What if you could buy teleport? And other crazy ideas.

So its late night which means I post more crazy off the wall ideas on ways to make league fresh and more interesting from my perspective at least.

I was thinking about strategic movement around the map and how there is no real way for a champ to purchase this. If you want to traverse the map real quick you need either summoner 12 or a global like TwistedFate and AurelionSol .

Then I remembered how I was reading about an item called "blue pill" which was essentially the recall we have today just in item form.

then I thought what if there was a consumable item you could buy that enabled a teleport just like the summoner spell we have today? Or an item that allowed an instant recall on consumption? Both would have to have a high price and be made situational but it would make for some interesting decisions through out a game I think.

Imagine you are about to be back doored by a filthy Pantheon player who waited for your team to attempt to break down his base to siege his opportunity. you expected this, however, and bought the instant recall consumable before hand knowing this was one of your only ways of losing. you pop it, instantly recall and defend your base.

alternatively, any champion can now split push and join a fight in 4 seconds if they want to spend the gold to buy the teleport consumable enabling them to split push. that adc who can duel well like vayne can be in a side lane and if a fight breaks out they can TP in. Or that Yi who can't be dealt with 1 v1 can join while still having flash/smite.

An idea I heard of in Dota as well that I'm not sure if it would be healthy for league was the one that instantly revived you, but at a VERY high price. there could be all kinds of ways to introduce a consumable like this, but I think a better way than the way dota does it would be to have it cut your death timer in half at a very high price. so maybe 50% of your remaining death timer for like 1000 gold or maybe even more. to where its only really worth it if your team is about to lose or they need you for a critical fight at baron/inhib/elder drake/etc.

the last idea i had tonight as an item that acts kind of like ashe hawkshot and old clairvoyance. You target an area on the map and it gets vision of it for a short duration, maybe reveals wards of the enemy team as well in that area so you could use it to clear out your own location or scout out a potentially dangerous one, but the downside I Felt to this was it might become too mandatory for supports to purchase these throughout the game especially in competitive. but it brings back what was a cool idea (I like clairvoyance, you just never had any reason to use it as a summoner over combat summoners or teleport)

the cost on the consumables I'd imagine would have to be very high to justify it's existence, but i think it would be cool. Id imagine 500g like an elixir for teleport or blue pill consumables and 1000g+ for a death timer reduction item. and maybe like 400g for the vision item.

I just feel there should be more strategic items even if they are just consumables out there and these were just a few of my ideas.
