An Idea for a crit based Sheen item (sort of like old trinity)

so awhile back trinity built out of zeal, sheen, and phage. and no one bought it outside of corki because it was pretty ass over all on bruisers. but what about bringing back the concept but reworking it so its more appealing as a rush item on champions who can spell weave? Ezreal, Kog Maw, etc while also giving them some crit so if they want to transition into a crit build they can. it would also smooth out corki's build path which is currently super awkward. (currently corki rushes tri but can go gunblade or start building crit 2nd which is usually not so good as a second item)

Build path:

Zeal + Sheen + Bilgewater Cutlass

total stats:

30 AD 10% Lifesteal 250 Mana 10% Cooldown Reduction 20% crit 20% Attack Speed 5% Movespeed

Total Cost: 3875 Gold

Active: Deals 100 damage and slows the enemy (no different than bilge not any stronger) Passive: Sheen proc (same damage as trinity force)

This would be a jack of all trades item on casters who get everything you could want in a first item at a very high price. they get some ad, life steal, cdr, crit, attack speed, and the juicy sheen proc to spell weave with. It might be op with lifesteal, but this wouldn't be replacing current trinity. Just introducing an alternative option for caster adcs.
