See he is on sale and idk if i should buy him i dont jungle much, but i heard hes good. So should i get him.And idc about skins or any other thing only champion masteries or runes. So should i buy him?

No, you should probably pass on this one. He has low pick-rate, sub 50% win rate and, most importantly, you don't jungle and you haven't played him; it's not worth your money.

Start with an easy jungler like Warwick or Amumu. Jungle is probably one of the hardest roles to play properly, you don't want to have to worry about being squishy and proper combos while you learn it.

Don't buy champions with rp...its not worth the money ESPECIALLY if you don't know how to play them/what they do.

Heres the thing the only other thing i would use rp on is project skins. Thats is it i will use every opportunity if i have rp on champions. If i like them so no.
