why does sivir have an ap ratio on her Q?

Kind of curious since most marksmen don't even build AP unless a good part of their kit involves it (varus and corki for example) So wondering why that's there. Only things that came to mind were maybe old builds somehow having things like rageblade and hextech gunblade as viable but even then idk.

thoughts?

Why does MF have ap scalings on her q e and r?

I think AP MF was a thing, and Riot kept it for her rework for the players who enjoyed it

because ap mf was a thing, back when her ult had an ap ratio because it would be too strong if it had an AD ratio oh wait kinda like how it does now. [slayer-pantheon-rainbows]

It may be there for the AP gained from Sheen and Triforce. Now that those items give no AP, the ratio makes less sense.

it's a relic from the past.

It's a hold over from the old days when abilities only had AP scaling. Back when they finally added AD scaling to her ability there was a small but vocal group that enjoyed playing AP Sivir, much like there's still a few people that like to play AP Trist. The AP scaling was left so they could keep playing Sivir the way they wanted to.
