Twitch is actually really strong
Title. But seriously, he is probably the most underrated adc in game. Not too hard to play, yet is mobile, does decent sustain damage, and can burst any squishy down with ease. Im surprised more people don't play him

His passive doesn't feel strong, his cask ability is moderately difficult to hit, his poison activation doesn't seem to do even decent damage unless 5 stacks, and his invis skill is hard to use usefully in lane.
He may be strong, what do I know, but he just doesn't FEEL strong and I don't find any of his abilities to be strong or feel satisfying to use.
