edit: I just realized they timed this with Kindred's release. Buff up a wombo ADC while releasing potentially the biggest anti-wombo champion in the game. Clever, Riot.

Well it's great that she's finally back! been a long while since she's actually been competitive. Now we just need to give Ezreal his heal and AS debuff back..

I agree that champions should keep their identities, but Vayne is the best duelist 1v1 hands down- and you can take my word for it, or do your own research on it. Once she hits her power-spike which is BOTRK and post 6 she can out-duel anyone in the game, even without the stun (the stun just guarantees the kill, and lowers outplay potential.) Caitlyn in any situation post 6 cannot 1v1 Vayne. Even though Caitlyn has a range advantage, Vayne can close that gap very quickly givien her Q + passive + ult + blade active. Caitlyn is dead in the water, and actually sucks at all-ins which is what Vayne can do at that point. Unless she's super far behind, then yes anyone can kill her, but that goes with any champion honestly. Tristana's early game is actually quite good. She can win trades, and have a push advantage over the enemy duo lane for the nature of her E passive. Giving a xp advantage if done properly, and the duo lane that hits level 2 first almost ALWAYS controls the tempo of the laning phase until the first base. Tristana has super-long cooldowns though so a bad Tristana player can be punished in lane early if she, for whatsoever reason, uses her abilities to farm or just uses them incorrectly.
