Idea for Lissandra Passive Rework

has always been a strong pick for comps that want to jump in and lock down a target. I always found her to be a great anti-siege champion, and I wanted to capitalize on that a little bit.

First and foremost, I wanted to look at some other champions with mechanics that change how a game is played. rebuilds towers, rewinding the game for a few moments and controlling the land. made Airbornes one of the most favored CC form in the game. gave a whole new meaning to teamwork with her ultimate. has a mini game all of her own involving the management of her abilities together. The new on the PBE turns the jungle into a miniature capture the flag contest. creates her own tunnel systems. Even on the PBE can take control of Dragon.

If what I offer seams too far-fetched, I offer you to look at these champions as well, as their gameplay has been something that can indivivualy make a game so much more than otherwise played.

Now for the new passive concept. With only one other champion to interact directly with towers, I find it an interesting concept that could be utilized a bit more. So here it is;

Passive- Ice Watcher Towers

When near towers, coats them in her dark magic, granting them bonuses. Towers affected by her deal bonus magic damage on hit and slow for a small amount. Both the damage and slow ramp up in with each progressive shot, just like normal tower shots. Ice also coats the exterior, granting them bonus armor as well. When a tower enchanted by Lissandra kills a unit, Lissandra is granted a small portion of her maximum mana back, increased if that unit is a Champion.

Bonus Magic Damage- 20+10x Champion Level Ramp Up Damage- 8/11/14/17% with each shot at levels 1/6/11/16, max 3 times. Slow Percentage- 7/10/13/16/19/22 at levels 1/4/7/10/13/16 Ramp Up Slow- 1/2/3% increase, max 3 times. Bonus Armor Granted- 0+3x Champion level. Mana Return on Tower Kill- 2%, 5% on Champion Kill

This passive is meant to make Lissandra stronger at keeping her towers around for a longer time. This would also push her to more of an Anti-Siege champion. Imagine a team fight breaks just beneath a tower. Before it can be destroyed, she locks a target under it and the tower begins to do some serious new damage to them. Then, just as they try to run, the tower keeps them under, slowing them as it pelts them freezing shots. This would make even some tanks turn away quickly, and soon the team fight could turn in Lissanrda's favor.

For laning, this would keep the waves pushed off of her tower, as the bonus damage clears minions a bit faster. The small bit of armor also keeps it from being poked down a bit longer, and whenever Lissandra misses some CS, the tower won't punish her by giving her a bit of mana back. Lissandra also becomes that much more dangerous to tower dive, as her ultimate now becomes more potent with a tower behind her.

Finally, let's say Lissandra is on a losing team, and she is forced to defend the Nexus towers. By sticking between them and clearing waves of super minions, Lissandra boosts their defenses by giving them some good late game armor bonuses, and stops champions that may want to dive her to take the final two towers. They would also get their slow back, and the constant mana refund lets her clear waves in a strong defensive line. As it would be the last line of defense, Lissandra would keep the game alive longer than usual just by being near her towers. She could hold down the fort and let the other split push if they wanted, as her tower suddenly becomes that much more powerful.
