Why did we take away the borderless option?

I find the borderless option very useful when in the loading screen, and sharing screens in skype, or taking screenshots with prnt screen. I very much dislike how the new hud removed it, please add it back

I don't know why, but this is inconsistent. I still have my Borderless option (and use it) and Windowed, while I keep seeing reports of people having only Windowed [bordered] and Fullscreen.
