Hah, I have good memories with old vlad, I once killed a zed mid ult using a fully stacked e and he flammed SOOOO hard and just called scripter the rest of the game sitting in base. Good times when pressing e didn't have a charge and hit everything
As a Vladimir one trick, I'll agree that he's a little on the strong side when you compare him to the average champion. HOWEVER, this is partly justified by his extremely weak early game( Pre 8 - 9, he has extremely high CDR and can't scale well without any items ) as you mentioned in the thread how he was able to steal so much life once you were in late game. If you want to beat him, don't let the game drag on for more than 30 minutes.
