Riot please REMOVE Stinger
Like say in the title, Riot need to REMOVE 
of the game because its a item that not fit in the fantasy of the game and with the new Recurve Bow, can fit the build paths that Stinger have, so add new built paths for item that need it for example:
Nahor Tooth

Its more useful the passive of the new Recursive Bow than the extra 10 %CD that Stinger provides, also the on-hit passive fit very well on Nahor.

(change the 10% of cd into crit)
or
: 
+ (Increase the price of Zephyr and add 10 flat pen and secondary passive 10 bonus physical on-hit with stacke MS buff)
In both cases the stats change a little bit, in the A option loses the CD but gain Critical Chance and some of move spd that Zephyr provides.
In the B option keeps the same stats that Zephyr gives but now have an extra 10 flat armor pen and the bonus passive of Recurve Bow. So the price needs to be a little higher. This option have more sense IMO.
In more depth something lie this:
Stats +25 attack damage +50% attack speed +10% movement speed +10% cooldown reduction
UNIQUE: 10 Armor Penetration Passive UNIQUE - TENACITY: The duration of most forms of crowd control is reduced by 35%.
Passive UNIQUE: Your basic attack deals 10 bonus physical damage and give a MS buff that stacks five times 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% by 6 seconds.

Lose the CD but gain the on hit passive, in this case need a price reduction.
With the new Recurve Bow, Stinger turn into a item that feel very useless in the most of the time, so its better remove and make items like Zephyr with more interesting build paths.
