Hey!
Currently, Irelia can cast the second part of her E even when she is hard CC. Being able to use your abilities while CC is inconsistent with the rest of the game and is counter intuitive.
As Irelia is currently overtuned, it would be interesting to look at this issue as a way to tone her down.

Just yesterday, I saw a thread someone made where they said Zoe could recast her Q while stunned as well.
What's Riot's fetish with being able to recast abilities whilst being cced?
While we're at it, can someone explain to me why Lux's ult still goes off even if she gets stunned?
Meanwhile anivia R is interrupted on full cooldown for every small cc that exist in the game.
Its actually consistent. Champs with a multi proc ability that require multiple inputs to actually use consider the first cast the actual spell/ability and the 2nd doesnt get interrupted as its already been cast.
