Reroll notification on champ select.

Just a simple idea for ARAM rerolls or any mode that uses rerolls. When someone at champ select rerolls the champ, before it rerolls it gives a 5 second warning to everyone on the team that the player is rerolling. During these 5 seconds, players that are able can then trade immediately with person that is rerolling.

Why would this be a good idea? What if someone had a champion you wanted but rerolled it before you could ask/trade? We all know how that feels when a champ we want is rolled :(
