it was quite powerful but not sure how strong it truly is though
LCS. The idea is that Q is coded as single target for her Q bounces, and you can reliably get the Lich auto with W.
Part of its strength is that it relies less on hitting chains, plus the ridiculous chase potential of leblanc with an instant point and click ranged slow.
Giving a high burst champion that much hp sustain when she was always balanced around not having any is also a nice bonus.
I had a game with a trist jungle that went 0/13 cause lcs did it
