Galio Xerath Syndra Morgana Galio beats Annie because of the amount of MR he stacks and on top of that his kit goes well against her Brand is a long range mage and can do a lot of damage. Redmercy made a video on how strong he is you should check it out Syndra is another good counter because she has a stun and her laning phase is some what easy Morgana has sustain, a shield that blocks Annie stun and magic damage. Xerath so far my favorite mage ever he has long range, mana sustain, good poke and really good wave clear. He does have some trouble in lane til he gets a mana regen item and Annie can't really destroy you til she gets Tibbers.

It's either Yasuo gets the advantage in lane or Annie does and most of the time. If it's some one new to Yasuo then the lane should be easy, but some one who has experience and they have crit runes it's going to be harder. Begin cloth armor and 5 pots and wait til you get level 6. After 6 go back and buy seekers arm guard, boots, and pots. Go back to lane and try to go aggressive. If you pick off a kill, take that advantage and begin to roam to snowball. If you die just sit back and wait til your jungler comes.
