Why is no one complaining about Morgana?

Depending on source she has about a 52-55% in Mid as well as 51-52% as a Support. Honestly I think the biggest reason she's so hard to deal with Mid (especially for AD Mids) is because she can just rush , do more damage than you, if you're AD you can't even damage her, she can run you down with R, her R goes through during stasis, and she has about 4s of CC where you're forced to sit on her W.

AD mids destroy her lol. Her shield only blocks magic damage and cc, neither of which AD mids care about.

I am actually banning her most of the time. Riot is aware that mid lane Morgana is definitely too strong right now and are going to nerf her. Will most likely have a slight effect on her support winrate, too, but not as much.

Hopefully, she will be in line soon.

We all know Morgana has CC, you don't need to tell us.

But as to why no one is complaining about Morgana, take a look at her pick rate. Same reason as Taliyah; no one is complaining because no one is seeing her mid. For support, take that tier list you included. Above Morgana is Thresh and she is known the most popular Thresh counter, so Thresh is going to get her picked or get her banned and that's going to raise her stats on those tier lists,
