Suggestion: Have Social/Party join display time since player declared open party

Have you had this experience? Friend list displays "open party" for a match, you join party only to discover after a while that player is AFK.

Suggestion: Have a timer display time elapsed since party was announced

It would work better than attempting to alter the behavior of a population.
