Am I the only one having troubles to load ranked games ?

Today, for the 2nd time in less than 10 ranked games, I was unable to join the game. I selected my champ, so did everyone, but I never saw the loading screen : the well-known "An unexpected error has occured [...]". And, this time like the previous one, even by closing the game and launching it again, there was no way for me to ever join the game.

So this is a 20 LP loss, because Riot's launcher is broken. Minutes spent to try and fix the problem, but well, there's nothing to do.

So, if I dodged the game, I would have, in my own will, lost 3 LP. There, while i wanted to play this game, I am losing 10 because of a broken launcher. Can we fix this ? Can we at least talk about this system ?
