Can there be clearity on what exactly is being done with kindred?
I'm still rather confused with what riot is intending to do with Kindred.
Right now kindred is kinda weak, where their playrate dropped so hard and their winrate seems to shift between below 50% and right at 50. Theoretically thats not too horrible, but I've heard and witnessed enough cases of people getting their kindred banned for hovering them or flamed for picking the champion to know how bad they're actually doing right now.
Now I know that riot is looking into "fixing" kindred so they're not complete cancer permaban in ranked or LCS before they were gutted, while still making them relatively balanced and strong so they're not terrible, but I'm confused on what riot's direction with her buffs are.
In the previous PBE cycle, there were buffs for kindred's base stats, then they got reverted, and nothing was done in patch 6.18. •AD growth reverted to 1.7 from 2.5 •Mounting Dread (E) maximum health damage reverted to 5% from 7%
In this 6.19 PBE cycle we basically saw the same AD buffs from 6.18 added back in, with an AS buff instead of a buff on their E, and today the AD growth was removed. •AD growth reverted to 1.7 from 2.5 •Attack Speed per level increased 3 from 2.5
The attack speed buff is still there.. but is that going to help kindred that much? Is riot trying to slowly chip at kindred until they find that point where they're just strong enough without too strong, what is precise goal for kindred? To make them more %HP damage reliant with attack speed? Is that fixing their difficulty getting marks and making early pressure? We got clearity in what you guys wanted to do with Rek'Sai after gutting her lately, you want her to go more bruiser or fighter, can we get same context for kindred? The only explaination we got when they were gutted was base stats being increased eventually, but we don't know if that's what will fix kindred after literally several mechanics on her being reworked or removed.

were made to ADC.
