I wish riot would listen to any suggestions on elo hell. Because they allow it to happen. Taking my lp for having an afk troll and feeder. Makes no sense. there's so many simple ways to fix this but riot choses not to or ignores the problem. Pathetic.

Commbustion1 votesElo hell does exist. Even if you get one troll 50 percent of the time you're in elo hell. I get badplayers/trolls/afks almost every single game. Even if it were 50 percent(it's much more) of the time that I get them then it's elo hell. One person can bring the entire team down.

Commbustion1 votesOnly if you have a cooperative team that isn't trolling feeding nor going afk. It's easy to carry players that want to be carried. But you can't carry a hec and darius that go in 5v1 so it's a constant 5v3. And then they refuse to communicate or listen in the slightest
JeLLö2 votesThe problem is that low elo players think there is a elo hell and refuse to acknowledge that they are where they belong. If you were better than everyone else you are playing with you would easily be climbing.
Commbustion1 votesI am better than everyone else that im placed against and placed with. I get trolls/afks/feeders/badplayers every single game. My stats are similar to when challenger tier smurf in silver. but im not a smurf. I just get all the above. We're playing a game were one person trolling brings the entire team down. the facts and proof are on my side. Lets say you got trolls 50 percent of the time(and it's much more than that) Then it's elo hell. 50 percent win rate just gets you stuck, maybe you could climb. When you respond actually give me a logical response instead of some stupid shit. Stay mad kid
JeLLö2 votesIf you really think you are better than everyone you would climb. You are in denial, plain and simple. The first step in improving is to acknowledge you can improve. Having good stats does not translate directly to wins which is how low elo people think.
Telling me to "stay mad kid" just demonstrates how terrible your attitude is, which undoubtedly affects your win rate. Continue thinking you are amazing and enjoy silver for life.
It is extremely easy for true high elo players to carry out of silver, with leavers and trolls. How bout you try to improve yourself instead of blaming your teammates? There is a reason you see very little attitudes like this in anything above silver. Food for thought.

The OP is correct that there is an ELO Hell effect, but he also seems to be placing blame on RIOT for not changing things to make them better. I'm not sure what sorts of things the OP has suggested elsewhere on what RIOT should do about the ELO Hell effect, but I also want to make it clear that an ELO Hell effect will not be completely avoidable no matter what RIOT does.

Allow me to cash in that pending lp. because if I earn 22 lp then I get 1... that's bullshit -Give us all at least 1lp if we don't lose any towers for 30min+ -If one person goes 0/5 before 18minutes. reduce his lp much more than the others. -Have damage delt to champions depends on the champion you play have a slight impact on your lp. Maybe by one -If you get your secondary role and win you get one more lp Those are off the top of my head and there's no downsides to any of these. There's no way you can abuse this. I can also think of many more with time, but I don't feel the need to put effort into writing ideas/suggestions because riot never adds suggestions. Even with DhaMa something they said they'd add. Instead have have kindred which just isn't even remotely the same champion.
