Riot doesn't ban people and that is the only reason you get at least 4 toxic people a game. They also don't ban trolls. All you gotta do is search up that guy that was trolling you and realize he's still trolling other games and isn't banned. The proof is in everyones history and op.gg. Proof is there. It is a fact backed up by loads of evidence. Riot employees don't even play the game.
Read this forum sometime, it will do a lot to restore your faith in Riot.

uh...are you just ignoring the even larger amount of evidence that disproves all of yours? There are tons of players that talk about being banned in the very same topic that you posted this thread in. There are Riot Employees that stream league, and hell, you can double check to make sure they play league the very same way you checked the trolls. you look at their match history.

When people say "trolling", I assume 80% of them were inexperienced or just not having a good day for them, and they call them "trolling" because they're mad & frustrated for losing. Explains why there's not a high ban rate for these people.

100 million concurrent players a month, so obviously there are bound to be FUCK LOADS that don't get banned.
Only the worst case scenario or the most obvious are banned outright or quickly.
However, that being said there are those that can take a while to get to, but eventually get banned after receiving some other sort of punishment and not reforming.
But the system obviously can still improve at detecting the hardcore trolls that dont say anything mean, but go out of their way to ruin people's matches or games by inting, subverting team, and throwing.
