Game in drastic need of a damage limiter item.
One that can be built that does nothing but give some HP, some mana, and a trigger effect.

If you take more than 25% of your max HP within 6 ticks (30 per sec) aka 1/5th of a second, gain an effect for 5 seconds where any damage exceeding 10% of your max health is reduced by 50%. Character glows yellow somewhat like
but slightly less and control is retained.

Note: for those who might fret, this is only somewhat like Poppy's old passive, which worked that way on current health and was on all the time. It gives a buffer for absurd burst or focus damage and ideally would synergize greatly with
or 
This also still allows you to be murdered within a second and never trigger the effect. It is specifically to combat massive opening salvos and slow burst down just a little. It's also not explicitly a tank item, as it works best on lower health targets.
