Does anyone else feel like hecarim is too strong?

Today I played against hecarim as braum- when he was 3 and 5, and only had a triforce and mr boots, he felt like an unstoppable force. He was extremely tanky- our fed Lucian adc with essence reaver did practically no damage to him even though he had no armor build. Every single fight hecarim would ult and or flash straight to our carries, and practically one shotting them with aoe attacks. His damage, mobility, and tankyness just seem a bit out of control.

Why would people down vote this? Wtf? He's expressing his own strategy, doesn't matter if it's not the most optimal one, he's not violating the rules of the forums or harassing anyone.

Just FYI if someone is multiple levels ahead, their armor will be increased too, so it makes sense Lucian would deal less damage than expected. Hec also gains damage from movement speed which is incredibly easy for him to build. It's easy for him to scale into mid game but he usually falls off late game, he has his own kind of playstyle as most champs do.
