Guardian Angel on Sion?
After the buffs to Guardian Angel, is it a good item for Sion? If it is, when would be the best time to get it? Or is it overkill, and he's tanky enough that he doesn't need it?

Does not need it. It is literally just for trolling the other team, same as when you buy it on Tryndamere or Aaatrox, Yorick or Zilean.
It's a last item that you only buy if you want to be a massive nuisance to the enemy team and you already have what you want.
Need? No. Want? Sure.
Look at it like this. Sion already has a GA. So the choice is, do you double up on it or do you find a weaker link to improve. GA is used when you lost the trade by a hair, so while it's not a 1-to-1 correlation, Sion's passive does the same job in practice, if not on paper.
yea i do it sometimes. I use it on my max resistances build.

cdr and manaregen from runes reds is pretty much whatever u want i use hybrid pen. Full tank masteries ofc with grasp.
Thing is you will have around 400 armor and near 300 mr and max uptime on your shield, just farm an extra 1000 hp should not be too impossible and you become a pain in the ass to kill because you keep spamming the shield.
And you get to sit on their carries face draintanking with grasp and damaging with sunfire thornmail and abilities.
You are so tanky nobody wants to waste time on you and that GA makes them feel even more annoyed because you will get up again anyway. So your opponents are constanly tryieng to get away from you because they dont want to deal with you but you can just sit ont heir face and keep attacking slowing and stunning them.
Your opponents wont know what to do, will they kill you but then your team will kill them and you get back up but if they dont you will eventually kill them with your base damages and sunfire/grasp and whislt doing so keep them stunned and slowed. Takes valuable decision time away from them and by then you have the upperhand.
zz'rot is better in just about every situation imo.
What i'm wondering about is if GA comes up during Sions passive. Will it retrigger? If so, will it bring him back to life or reset his passive?
