im not sure what this is, ive loading into the game, but i cant move?
ive played earlier this morning and it was fine, becuz im loaded into the game they couldnt remake, my connection could go live on Youtube.com/ but it couldnt load the client correctly?
i got an afk/leaver buster, which is an auto bot on ranked, i understand that, i just dont know wut happened to make something like this happen?

InTheory is correct. You can post your bug report there and they will see it. There's no guarantee of them responding, but they do read the board.
