I'm genuinely curious what are the overall plans for Shaco.

Even before the Duskblade nerfs Meddler commented how he didn't believe he should receive compensation based on pubstomp grounds.

Do you genuinely believe that the buff to Shaco's Q broke him?

Shaco is probably one of the biggest "Feast or Famine champions in the game". You either have a huge impact or barely do anything. As is when any champion gets tabi Shaco can't kill them anymore.

What makes Shaco different from Evelynn or Kha'Zix that he repeatedly gets nerfed/actually has no scaling?
